To lift the rigour of information collection techniques and intelligence analysis techniques within New Zealand public sector and government-adjacent organisations.
This is achieved through tailored intelligence training aimed at upskilling practitioners and teams to better deliver timely and effective products for decision-makers through robust collection and analysis. Training is focused on uplifting ability in certain intelligence techniques, including OSINT collection training, application of Structured Analytical Techniques, and other methods.
Intel Nexus operates with an 'OSINT for Good' ethos at its heart, supporting the application of techniques for positive, ethical outcomes, with privacy and integrity at the forefront of training. Achieving this vision requires collective effort, and we actively encourage and welcome collaboration.
The past 10 years of my career in private and public sector roles have been instrumental in building my understanding of operations across a range of workgroups, government organisations, government-adjacent organisations, and among teams. Since day one of working in this space, effective use of information collection and analysis techniques have proven critical and pivotal for me to complete my taskings and deliver valuable insight for decision makers across diverse operational circumstances.
My experience in private sector technology and security introduced me to the fundamentals of OSINT collection within the ethical hacking space. I have since developed and applied these fundamentals into practical techniques suitable for specific organizations, aimed at improving collection processes for practitioners, grounded in the 'OSINT for Good' ethos. I have completed post-graduate level study in Structured Analytical Techniques (SATs), and have completed SATs for a range of audiences, helping develop critical thinking, challenge bias and test assumptions, enhancing analysis for robust results.
My undergraduate and postgraduate education is in Masters-level Information Systems and International Security, and I have multiple industry-specific certificates in the tradecraft space. I describe myself as a lifelong learner, perpetually seeking the next available learning opportunity and am proud to deliver yours.
